With your ingredients I would add ginger, vege or chicken stock and a pinch of sugar

Our fav is Chinese BBQ sauce, sweet chili, Hoi Sin and Chinese cooking wine ( Mongolian lamb sauce)

Or soy, mirin and brown sugar to make a teriyaki sauce

Try use peanut oil if you have it

Soy sauce, ginger (fresh or powder), onion, chicken stock and fish sauce. I never used to use fish sauce but now I tried it, it adds so much more flavour to stuff.

Garlic, ginger, chilli, oyster sauce, soy sauce

Or sweet chilli and kecap manis

Teriyaki is 3 tbsp each sugar, sake and soy and 2 tbsp mirin.

What you've got there is what i used to make as my basic stir-fry with a bit of ginger too. the fussy Filipino SMIL liked it so must have been alright.

The main one I use now is the same as Duckduckgoose's second suggestion.

I love oyster sauce just on its own with some garlic and chilli as well. Oyster sauce is always in my pantry.
