That's nearly the same as mine, except I add 2tsp dijonn mustard and 1 tsp honey and then blend. Just had some for lunch today, so yummy!

I have recently found a Moroccan red lentil and tomato soup in the theromomix cookbook which we are liking atm .
    We also like pumpkin soup
    Pea and ham soup and
Chicken and corn soup (just made this for lunch actually !)

Think I might try a minestrone at the end of the week with the left over veg ( end of my shopping week actually being Monday lol as I shop Tuesday )

I'm going to post another recipe which was made tonight on a whim cause I had an urge for soup and what I ended with was Devine even my 3 kids drunk a full mug ! Unheard of from my terrors
So it's a pumpkin, potato and carrot soup !
Fry off 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
    3litres chicken stock
    1/2 onion not chopped
    2 bay leaves
    Mixed herbs
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 whole butternut pumpkin diced small
    3 potatoes diced small
    2 carrots
Throw it all in a pot bring to the boil and then reduce to simmer until veggies are tender.
Remove onion and bay leaves and blitz
Season to taste and I added a dob of cream
The curry powder added a delicious kick to it ! It was pretty special and different to my average pumpkin soup
