    I cook chicken and sweet corn and chicken veg and noodle.
    Chicken and sweet corn is my fav cause all I do is buy a roast chook already cooked from woolworths , shred it, put 2 liters of salt reduced chicken stock in a pot and 3 x 440 grams of creamed corn in throw in the shredded chicken bring close to the boil, separate 5 eggs and loosen the egg whites slightly slowly pour into the soup while slowly stirring and add some chopped spring onion.
    Delicious and thanks ill be making it tomorrow now haha yah for soup season !!!

    We have minestrone and pea and ham soup so much in winter. Always have frozen portions of it as well as they are such healthy lunches

    I have been looking for a good chicken and corn soup recipe for ages so I am totally trying this one as soon as I can get the ingredients.

    This is very similar to mine - yum!

    Except I use the roast chicken carcass to make my own stock. I simply simmer all the bits with some skin for flavour, strain and voila - real chicken stock!

    I also add 1-2 packs of noodles to make it go even further.
