    What about research? A lot of Drs and nurses also undertake research.
    Uni lecturing pays well.
    Look at postgrad courses in all areas and see if anything looks interesting to you, once you have a degree it is much easier to do further study postgrad.

    I live in a rural area so job options for some of the ideas are pretty limited. I have always been interested in law and accounting. Does anyone know about the different post grad degrees in these and what they could lead to?

    Try OUA, they do postgraduate courses in commerce, taxation, law etc. all course details on their website.
