I guess I am in this category too.
We initially wanted to start TTC about a year ago but for 1 reason or another we are still waiting to try.
I am having some surgery next month so we have to push it back yet another month!
Looking forward to starting our TTC journey but also slightly terrified at the same time!

Well girls looks like we won't be TTC in September like we wanted. Got some bad news from my Haematologist so I will need to focus on my health for a bit.

Good luck to you all and I hope you all get your BFPs.

Bit quiet in here - I think we are still on track for October, which is good. I've had 3 colds in a row recently so kinda feel like I am always under the weather - winter is always unkind to me! Hope everyone is traveling well.
Hey Azimuth, I'm so glad you told me about vitex it has helped so much this month. I was even able to work out when I O'ed through temping and when AF was due was spot on from there. I've also found that AF was much better since taking vitex as some months I was getting a very light flow and that was worrying me. What have you found it's helped with? Hopefully no more colds for you!!

Thanks NewMrs, I have got my fingers crossed for u too x

Seems you crossed your fingers very well... hubby decided that we should srart trying now. So he discarded my pill and it all starts from here. Heres to hoping we have short ttc journeys.
I almost feel a little nervous. Its a huge step in our lives.

Yay new mrs that is great news! I'm counting down now and trying every excuse in the book why we should try this month and not wait another one but hubby wants to stick to the plan 👎

August is so close beetee, it will be here before u know it :-)

Excuse my ignorance, but what is Vitex?

Smac - vitex is also called chaste berry (I take it in capsule or tablet form) and it can help with regulating your cycle and can promote the production of progesterone. The first cycle off the pill for me was really long and I was getting desperate so I googled and found vitex. I took it for 2 weeks and AF arrived on day 62. I stopped it for my period then started again next cycle and it ended up being 32 days and now I am on my 3rd cycle. You just get it in the vitamin section at a chemist.

There's no point taking it if you have normal 28 day cycles, but I was obviously having issues. Think Simmie tried it too and it worked for us both 😊
