Hi Ladies, well i am now 3dp5dt. I have had a horrendous 2 days at work, with my role safe for now but large scale restructuring of the business. I could feel the anxiety and stress and I have been trying hard to calm myself.

I am feeling more positive today. I am in control of my future employment, and I am in control of my precious embie! I can do this. If my embie has survived the past two days, it will be a strong and beautiful one. Wishing and willing my embie to stay.

Jeannie, can't wait to hear your good results. Thinking of you HWaterhouse.

Chiefs Girl, how are you doing?

Hi ever, that's terrible news about your work. I know it's hard but just focus on bubba-to-be and making a nice home for it in ur belly, work will sort itself out, these things always do.

Thanks for asking about me, I'm finally on the mend, can breathe properly and don't rattle anymore. Off the antibiotics now and last steroid tmw. Doc says it won't affect my cycle as it'll be out of my system by the time I start to stim. Last pill was Monday nite, so. Ow I'm just waiting for AF, it's due sat and I'm pretty regular 5 days after the pill so shd be jabbing by Monday! They have a spot booked for me as they couldn't fit me in a cpl of weeks ago, so at least I'm not worried about. It getting in again!

Good luck for your bt tmw jeannie xxx

    Hi all,

Myself 31 and hubby 31 will be having our first appt next month with Dr Howard smith. I have unexplained fertility and I'm going through a whole range of emotions which I am sure is normal - excitement, fear and worry. Has anyone had him before or know anyone who has?
    Thanks

    Hi Mieke,
Welcome! I had Dr Fong in the beginning and changed to Dr Smith... I found him fantastic! Understanding, thorough and helpful :-)
All those emotions are completely normal, it is a tough journey IVF I can say that! Although maybe it's like child birth when you finally hold your baby the pain of labour is forgotten they say - the Ivf road when you finally see that bfp the hard road to get there seems to be removed from your memory! Just stay strong and if you have a question ask! Dr Smith will answer all of your questions honestly.

    Xxx

    Hi Jeannie,

The numbers are looking fantastic on your bloods. Wow your bubby must be making itself nice and comfy. Great news!

I am feeling well, thanks for asking. No side effects but I figure I am only 4dp5dt. I am feeling more tired than usual, but it really has been a loooong week at work. Keeping up with the crinone twice a day. Being super busy has helped to take my mind of the TWW. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend planned with their Dads and loved ones.

Welcome Mieke! Sending you buckets of babydust
