    Potatoes
    Butter
    Garlic
    Lemon rind and juice
    Parmesan cheese
    Bacon/prosciutto
    Parsley

Cut potatoes into whatever size you want and cook them.

Chop up bacon and fry it (or bake prosciutto in the oven until it is crispy and you can crumble it).

Melt the butter and add lemon rind and juice, finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley and Parmesan. Season.

Drain the potatoes and toss the butter mixture and bacon through.

    Voila!
