    Default Apple cider vinegar

Is pasteurised apple cider vinegar (from shops) safe during pregnancy? I know the stuff from the health food shop isn't as it's not pasteurised or is it?

Why wouldn't it be safe during pregnancy?

Why does it need to be pasteurised? I've had Melrose organic apple cider vinegar during pregnancy & had no issues, got it from health food shop & no idea if it was pasteurised or not?

My naturopath only let me use apple cider vinegar when pregnant! The unpasturised ones are much better for you and from my knowledge the acidity kills any bacteria?

That's what I though but couldn't find anything solid to say it was safe, I will ask the dr when I see them next
