    Hi Girls,

A huge congrats on BFP for Safam, Maria and Little Sunflowers

I have today collected new meds I'm starting a menapour cycle this time and hoping to do a fresh 5 day transfer this cycle. The Elovona boost is not available at such short notice. I have to admit I'm very nervous to start again. But at least we are trying something different and maybe this can be the magic one..
Safam, can I please added to the stim section for stimm cycle.

I'm so sorry T2SP hugs to you.

Good luck to those in the TWW sticky vibes...

And YAY for Friday, it's been a hell of a week..Have a fab weekend everyone..

Congratulations to all the pregnant ladies, and frozen embies too - good to be reminded that things strange old process can work! Sending love to everyone cycling this month too, whatever stage you're at.

I had a crap IVF day/week. Day 1 of my cycle today so went off for my blood test and FOUR clinics later it was sucked. Nurses were off sick, one closed early, one I missed the courier. Lucky I had the day off work. When I called my FS receptionist to let them know I was day 1, I was told I couldn't start this cycle because the Dr is going on holidays! We overcame that hurdle. Then she called back and said my blood levels weren't ok to start injections yet so to have repeat bloods on Sunday ... This is after a nurse made me cry after I went in to get more Synarel. She made me feel like I was a druggo, asking for a hit. I wanted to tell her that none of us do this for sh$ts and giggles!

I'm still smiling though, and glad this cycle feels so different to the first. Although if I'm told we can't start at all this month it will be a different story!

I had the same thing when I went and asked for some cream to help assist with the injections (pain). Makes me wonder how the diabetics are treated? When I told her it was for IVF injections she was very remorseful and gave me some freebies so can't complain too much. At least your still smiling too hope your week end gets better for you

Sorry T2SP The line on your FRER looked similar to mine last cycle when my hCG was only 17. They are so sensitive that they show a line with tiny amounts of hormone. When it happened to us DH and I tried to remind ourselves that at least we knew we could fall pregnant through IVF.

And sorry crimson! Hopefully they know all that information about how you react to the hormones, now. Next time your cycle will be tailored much better to you. And it sounds like it's already underway, which is a very positive step!

Milly, I know that wasn't a funny story, but I did giggle at the idea of a druggie going after Synarel. "Man! Come on! I need another hot flush!!" Once upon a time I walked into the clinic on busy day and found them doing triage - someone asked, "Drugs or bloods?" as I walked in. Ah, the romance of babymaking in the IVF world!

    Hi everyone,
I have been lurking in the shadows this month - last month I did my first round of IVF with ICSI and whilst we had fantastic numbers, we got a BFN.
I did a frozen transfer this month and had the result today.. BFP!
I thought I'd share my experience over the past 2 weeks in case it helps anyone.
This time around, on the day of transfer, I made sure I did nothing strenuous at all (last time I was up and about, walking the dog etc).
I didn't do acupuncture this time either.
I did go for walks everyday and did yoga twice weekly.
I also made my own fresh juice everyday.
I don't know if any of the above helped but I thought I would share it anyway
I currently do not feel AT ALL pregnant but the FS said levels looked great I have a scan in 3 weeks. Fingers crossed it all sticks.
Good luck to all on their journey, I hope it's a quick one.
    Jacster
