However, I've never had a BFP, only had two transfers out of 4 cycles and never had a frosty, but we have age and sperm issues against us, so am bound to be completely different to your situation. But 3 sounds still good.
Thanks Bertie, Prof Illingworth did my first transfer for me. He look like a nice Dr.

Thanks for everyone's support. Got the call from the clinic, only one out 3 got Fertilisation. They may do a Day 3 transfer, but they can't find my Dr to confirm it.

I would like know if anyone had similar things happened to them and why? My first go had 30 Follicles, got 17 eggs, 13 follicles are water my E2 was 15700. This time 14 follicles, 3 eggs, 11 follicles are water, my E2 is 5700. It seems like lots of water follicles compared with my E2?

I'm so sorry you've only got one little embie Dragon. I hope that it grows beautifully to transfer. I can't really help you on the empty follies thing; I've always up to 5 empties, but always get more eggs than empties... also my clinic doesn't do monitoring bloods so I don't know much about e2 levels. I think I remember someone telling me that it's meant to be 3000 for each mature follie (or egg??), but it was so long ago I really can't recall now. Hopefully one of the other ladies here will be able to help you.

Sooooo....... I currently have 9 little zygotes in the incubator. They were able to ICSI all 15 of my eggs (I never expected that!) and 9 of them fertilised overnight!! So I've gone from a 30% fert rate last cycle (2 out of 6) to a 60% rate this time! Now I just have to hope with all my heart that they also grow better than ever before, and I actually end up with a blasty or two by Day 5! I've asked the lab to give me updates every day, cause I prefer to keep tabs on my embabies as much as possible.

So very very thrilled! I'm glad that the three and a half months of DHEA, acupuncture and CoQ10, as well as the Saizen and 600iu dose of Gonal-F seem to have done something. I almost shrieked down the phone at the poor embryologist, lol! I took the call in the middle of JB Hifi, and I had to stop myself from crying and as soon as I hung up I gave DH the BIGGEST hug, I must have looked like a tool, bahaha. I think I'm still in shock. Now grow babies, GROW!!

    Hi everyone!congratulations safam!
Maria, a little bit patience! Hoping for the best!
Everyone else, hope you are traveling fine.
We had 13 follicles retrieved on Monday, 8 fertilized by Tuesday, all made it to day 3 and could be biopsied along with 2 day 3 on ice from a previous cycle (only 2 thawed out of the 5!)
They got sent to Melbourne from Perth for cgh and we were delighted to get a phone call this morning that 2 came back normal and also made it to blasto by today. So an hour later I had a transfer of a beautiful hatching blasto and the other one is getting frozen!
    So hopeful!
Bt is on June 26th, don't mind my impatient posts for the next 11 days....

This was written from my bed!

    Hi Little D.

In my last cycle I only got 4 eggs 3 mature and only 1 fert as the aim was for lower numbers but quailty. But I was very upset with numbers so low. They froze at day 3 as there is only the one. They did not tell my blood levels.
I'm due for my transfer on Tuesday and are so worried it won't survive the thaw
As this has happened before, but all this worry won't help at all. My nurse told me in IVF things will change every day, so each day we just take what we have to work with. So deep breath, to being positive for that dreaded call on Monday.

Good luck for your transfer, she also told me that's its the quality of the embryo too.

And here to lots of BFP this month lots of baby dust girls

    good luck all

Sariele that is awesome news! Well done!!

Lillaa welcome to PUPO, hope it goes well for you!

Little dragon and Frances good luck for the next few days as you await your embies. Little dragon I only had one embie last cycle, and it was transferred day 2 - and it implanted. Give this little one a chance before you worry too much about future treatments. You might not need any more IVF for a while!

Littledragon..... from everything I've read it seems that the average rule is about "half", e.g. take the number of follicles, halve that to get the number of eggs, halve that again to get the number of fertilised eggs. So the numbers in your first cycle look about "average", while I guess this cycle they're not so average. Also, I understand that E2 averages about 1000-1500 per mature egg, so I guess your numbers there were pretty close. There are lots of good results with just one transferred, so fingers crossed you'll be one of these people.

Sariele.... great work with your little eggs. Fingers crossed for you too. Wow, they're numbers most people just dream of, so you really deserve it after so many tries. Glad that all the elements of your protocol seem to have worked so far.

Liliaa.... great numbers too. That's looking good for you too :-))

Francesthecat.... good luck with the thaw. I can imagine how nervous you must be, but good luck. You know the saying, "it only takes one" :-)))

AFM.... just plodding along, rubbing Testogel into the top of my left hand each day - happy to do that instead of sniffing Syranel, just hoping it actually does something. Went for a BT on Friday and will find out on Monday if this gel has absorbed at all into my body and has changed levels at all, as I feel no different.
