Wishnhope.... 3% of 7.9million is still plenty to work with, so I'm sure you'll be fine. "Blockage" issue isn't really a problem when there's 3 procedures to find the sperm you need - fine needle aspiration, needle biopsy and mTESE (micro-dissection). Good luck :-)

Thanks everyone, the support I've had from the online community has been unbelievable and I really couldn't have sometimes made it through the day without you all. The photo looks really grainy, it's a nice dark line. Will confirm tomorrow

Thanks MGC Bertie FS didnt mention requiring any further procedures for DH only that he needs to produce the normal sample for IVF/ICSI so I guess he produces enough for what we need?

    Hi Ladies,

So happy to see some BFPs on this thread, hope to see more very soon..lots of luck girls... Hope there is lots of baby dust and magic in the air.

    Warning rant post..

I saw my colleretal surgeon today, as I had had major life threatening bowel surgeries and have lost my large intestines and a metre of the small bowel. I thought this was all in the past, but no.. He has today advised the last resort is a nerve transplant from my back and having to wear a device like a pacemaker for life. And for the first time ever AF is late, excited no, I had my tubes removed cause of hydro last year and adhesions.

I am waiting to start a FET cycle with my only one emby.. If this one fails, I just don't know how I'm going to pick up the pieces to try again..

He also advised me to be positive for IVF...

i think I'm going to eats lots of chocolate tonight.. Rant over...

Good luck girls. Lots of baby dust

Oh Frances... What difficult news to hear. I am so sorry that this is happening to you. Just keep telling yourself that this cycle is your time and after such bad luck it is your good luck time.

And as my DH says, "dont worry about things that might never happen. If it happens, worry about it then".

It is so hard for us ladies to do but I am trying it this cycle - deferring thinking about how I will react if it doesn't work and trying to only let myself think about a positive (we just lost our Bub at 16 weeks and I fear a BFN may push me over the edge).

I had three lots of keflex antibiotics before and after epu for an unrelated reason, apparently they are safe to have when pregnant so it's fine my fs told me

Yeah Keflex is completely safe. Some antibiotics are believed to cause the CM to become sticky acting like a glue for the embryo
