This happened to my friend!! She went to salon and they put more blonde in her hair made it light but still orange tinge. In the end they said she has to go darker. Put an ash brown in it to get rid of the orange

Omg that Nordic Blonde did the same thing to my hair a few years back. I put a hat on and went to the salon first thing the next day!! They did a full head of foils to even it out and tone it down. Expensive outcome to what was meant to be a budget hair colour. Never again!! Good luck!!!

Haha I think most women have made this mistake at some point :-)
You can't go from dark to light in one step. This is why hairdressers strip gradually. Good luck with the hairdresser, there's really no way to fix yourself, you just can't get the results you need with over the counter products.

Thanks I just gotta live with the orange r a week ad keep deep conditioning it then go in next Friday for a bleach and tone then back a week after for foils and blend.
Haha I get funny looks but oh we'll you get that hey. Hopefully in two weeks it'll be much better otherwise black it goes .....again.

Plus DH wants to go to sizzlers for dinner tonight lol that could be interesting. I'm gonna rock out this orange and pretend I love it lol

Well, it doesn't look THAT bad in the picture, but yeah, I'd def stay away from DIY blonde home kits. They just don't work LOL

An idea to do you over for the week is to put a non permanent wash through (a light sandy brown maybe) just to mask the orange. Don't use a permanent though else you're going backwards. Even something fun like a bright red, there's a brand called Hair Fudge that does different colours all temporary.

Nope I deleted in thinking you might think i was joking but i really wasn't. I'm not up with hair or anything but it does look a bit out there and kinda cool. If someone asks just tell them this is exactly how you wanted it lol

    Hehe that's the plan
Years ago I had many wacky colours hell I rocked out pink blue and green and they were bright as can be so this seems rather tame lol
