My first was incorrect - we were told at the 20 week scan it was a boy and then I gave birth to a girl!
    My second was correct.
Due with my third on 25 June, I will let you know if they got it right with this one!

We had our 12 week scan today and the lady said it looks like she can see a penis. I am only just 12 weeks and it looks very big for it to be a penis at only 12 weeks. Can anyone give me a second opinion?

We saw something very penis like at our12 week scan and ob said all bubs can be very swollen at that gestation but if had to guess he'd have said 80% boy, well we are having a girl, so, maybe don't buy too much blue yet

All babies have a penis looking nub at that gestation - genetalia does not form until after 14 weeks....

The best chance is to look at the angle of the nub... Pointing up its a boy and pointing flat it's a girl!!!

From the side you couldn't see anything at all it was just a weird angle I feel. I didn't think it looked like a penis as it was huge and a odd shape, but she said that looks like one. Very annoyed she said anything to be honest this early on. How do I post a photo on here so I can show you all?

You may need to post a few more times to be able to add a photo... 10 I think??? If you can't see it and have a video...you can play the video and pause it on a good shot as well...
