I've used them a couple of times and had no problems. Products been great, delivery times better than many other online sites.

They're ok, a bit slow on the postage at times (Hong Kong) distribution, but you can get some decent savings and everything I have ordered has arrived.
I always pay with paypal though, just in case. They can be a better place to buy make up online as often the eBay ones sell fake make up/brushes, perfume and out of date stock, so for that reason they're superior.

I buy shampoo from them. They now post from Australia so quicker postage and easier returns (if ever needed).

I use them all the time. Postage has always been fast and free for me. Pretty sure it's not fake, when I compare the packaging and containers with stuff I've bought from the shops there are no dissimilarities. We also have a friend that imports things out of China and Hong Kong and says strawberrynet is all real. I also think because they sometimes don't have things in stock speaks volumes (ie if it was fake they would always have a source for it). It's kind of a lucky dip with it, sometimes they'll have what you need and sometimes they won't, which is why I have to purchase from the states or Mecca (worst case scenario) sometimes. Also sometimes the prices are heaps cheaper than Australian prices and sometimes they're only slightly cheaper.

That did the rounds when they first got popular here, but I agree with Kirst33 that I don't believe they sell fakes as I buy a fair bit of make up from Sephora, Mecca as well as others in the USA and UK and the strawberrynet things I have bought have all appeared legit to me.

I've always found them to be good The savings are normally decent, I wear dior perfume which is $180 in stores but $150 on SN.
Makeup is hit and miss, mainly because they only sell a few shades, and they change all the time so don't go on there expecting to find your exact foundation/powder shade.

I regularly check to see if they have what I usually use and if they do then I buy a couple because I know they may not have it again for a while! There is only one thing I've received that was a little different from a normal one I buy (a mascara that'd gone clumpy), I wondered about that but there could be several reasons why it went like that (ie being delivered in an Australian summer and the heat damaging it). Everything else has been the same color and consistency of what I'd buy at a shop.
