Question Energy advance top up? Anyone else?

I just checked centrelink online and it says I was paid my energy advance top-up payment. Of wait for it .... 4.74.

Has anyone else received a similar payment? I can't see this making any kind of dent in my electricity bill lol.

I was going to ring but couldn't go through the pain of waiting on hold for an hour so thought I would ask here.

Haha yes I received the same. I can't seem to find it in my past payments but I remember it was very similar if not exactly the same.

So does that mean that is all the energy advance payment

I am sure last year we got just over 300. Seems like a huge difference. Oh well I think I will just have to make a cuppa and sit down and ring them.

That would still only be just over 100 per year, or there abouts.

Also my normal pay is going in next week as usual, this is going in separately today. I find centrelink stuff so

The clean energy advance from last year was only in place until the supplement started. If that makes sense

Not to sure how it all works lol centrelink confuses me too. I just know that is in supplement form rather then an advance. I'm getting a aupplment of a little over $6 which works out to be just over 144 a yr. whereas with the advance we got the $300. Something's better than nothing I suppose

Now I am even more confused lol.

By that link we shouldn't get anything until after july 2013 because we only receive family tax a and b.

Tried ringing centrelink the wait is over 120 mins, it is just ridiculous.
