    Any progress pippi?

I lost my mucous plug today do that's exciting.

Only irregular mild painful contractions. I have a stretch and sweep on Monday again, chiro Tuesday and acupuncture Wednesday.

Hoping it's soon for both of us.

How exciting!! Sounds like its all worked for you! I think it will be in the next few days if you have lost your plug. Can I ask, did u loose mucus before this ? I have been loosing it slowly over this week so not sure if I should expect a plug?

    Otherwise no progress here :-(

    Hi Pippi

No I hadn't lost my plug at all but it was the stretch and sweep I had that did it for me. I knew it was my plug (and not normal discharge) because it was full of old blood. Been spotting since.

I have another stretch and sweep Monday which im
    sure I'll need.

    Hopefully soon for us both
