Thanks ladies. I'm so confused. Line is darker than ever this morning but spotting for heavier last night and has slowed down again. Up and down up and down. The wait to Thursday is so long and even still, just the beginning of more worry

It can still be implantation bleeding, unfortunately it's 50/50 as to what the bleeding could be. Hopefully it's implantation x

Keeping fingers crossed for you Rebecca

poida I'm so jealous of your lack of morning sickness. Mine seems to have swayed back to "night sickness" again - I'm 14 weeks, bored of feeling sick now! In some ways it's reassuring, but I'm just looking forward to getting to a stage where I can feel the baby move so I've got something else to tell me that he/she is okay.

I've been placed in the high category for risk of down syndrome at 1:195 because of one aspect of the blood test results (low Papp-A). Apparently this is very common for IVF pregnancies, so it can skew the results to be a higher risk factor than it would ordinarily be. There's only a 0.5% chance the baby has downs, but to get some better peace of mind I've had the Verifi blood test done which actually examines the tiny amounts of the baby's DNA present in my blood. We should get the results by the end of next week. I'm pretty sure everything is okay, but the bonus is they also test for sex chromosome abnormalities at the same time, so we get to find out the gender early. Just trying to keep positive, hope everyone else is doing well
