4.5 month old DD seems to be back to her old sleeping habits. 7:30-6:30 last night as opposed to the last week and a half of hourly wake ups!!

DD named the tarantula at Perth Zoo! It had no name so she suggested one.

My daughter has really been off her bottles this week as she's cutting a tooth, but so far today she has drank 350mL of milk as well as eating a huge breakfast - so relieved!!

We are on hols with the IL's and they took DS for a couple of hours so DH and I could have some time alone. Long walk on the beach followed by a glass of wine at a cafe. Back to the beach house and everyone is sleeping so we can lie down too

I picked up a $40 Kate Hill cosmetic bag with a reduced $1.99 price tag on it, thinking it was too good to be true, but nope, it rung up at $1.99 and to top it off, it was 50% off the last marked price, so I got it for $1 and even the sales assistant couldn't believe it!

A lovely elderly lady at the supermarket offered to stand with my full trolley and DS while I ran DD in to the toilet. I could hear her talking to him while I was in there but it was still the quickest toilet trip ever. She said she had 5 of her own and knew how I felt. She certainly made my life much easier!

I made a lemon slice this morning and the recipe only needed half a can of condensed milk - no prizes for guessing what I did with the other half
