Default Are there any lawyers/solicitors here or can somebody point me in the right direction

Regarding an demotion without warning and a whole other bunch of stuff which now has my DH on stress leave. People keep saying that we need to seek legal advice but so far we can't find anybody who specialises in the area we need??? Thankyou

Where do you live? I can recommend people in Melbourne, and possibly other cities too, depending on what you are looking for. PM me if you like

I second contacting the union and Fair Work Australia. Also try googling a legal practice with an employment lawyer or a firm that specialises in employment law. Good luck!
