When did you start taking raspberry leaf tea and/or evening primrose oil? Do you think it helped?

I've never taken RL tea, but have had eve prim oil as a teenager.

Traditional wisdom and herbal lore say RL is extremeley tonifying for the womb; good for all women and female animals. It is, from memory, high in iron, too. It is said to have an affinity with the female parts and is very good for female reproductive health, no matter what stage of life you are in. Hope this helps some!

raspberry leaf tea from 30w every second day, 32w everyday.
I think it really did help with recovery, and with my second birth I think it made my contractions more effective.
