    Very interesting reading and I'm sure it has many alleged benefits but in my personal opinion..... Spew. Lol. However, I'm very impressed at all the ladies giving it a try. Braver women than me.

    i was going to get mine encapsulated but glad i didnt. when i saw mine i thought it looked utterly disgusting, yuck!

    My doula will do it for me and bring them back the next day

    I didn't even consider it but I kind of wish I had after hearing the positive reports about it helping you to avoid the baby blues. I had it BAAAAAAAAAD this time and while it was only a short period I would have loved to avoid that. I never had it the first time so I wasn't expecting it this time around and it hit me hard.

    Nah it's not, I assumed it would be, but apparently they get a few every week.

    It could be a different story if it were coming from somewhere other than Australia.
