Violet hope it all sounds really promising for you this month. As for me I really have no idea if I have O yet or not I took clomid days 5-9 but pretty sure I felt ovulation pains on CD 11 is that far too early ? Noticed changes in CM but now I'm not sure ! I'm kinda stressed at the mo prepping for an assistant managers position on the ward I work on, it's tomorrow so maybe I will be mire relaxed after that.

Thanks Sarahlou81. The clomid could be working very effectively for you, or perhaps the pains are to do with follicle stimulation. Didn't you say you got 6 follicles last time? I'd say you'd definitely be feeling something even if a few are growing. Will you have a scan at all? Or just CD 21 bloods? Clomid can also increase your CM, plus usually the first signs of O will begin up to 5 days before the egg actually pops. Fingers crossed for you!

Heyside, are you still feeling worried about that tablet mix up? Did you ask your dr whether it should be a problem? How are you feeling? Any side effects? Hope all is well.

I had bloods this morning to make sure my trigger shot did what it was supposed to. So funny, after the test, I was putting my jacket on and I caught the edge of the tape over my arm - blooooood!!!! I had to sit down whilst the nurse put pressure on it to stop the bleeding. Made a mess! I used to be so squeamish about needles etc when I was younger, not anymore!!

Saralou81 - good luck with the assistant managers position, hope the stress dies down for you after that. Hopefully the pains you have felt are those follicles growing ready for ovulation.

Violethope - I have decided to not stress about the missed tablet, if it happens it happens, feeling quite positive at the moment as feeling tender as if some follicles are maybe growing . Feeling quite calm about everything this time which is nice. Fingers crossed for your blood test, funny how we can't get squeamish anymore with all the blood tests we have to have lol!

    Had dr app today.
I'm so lucky to have such a supportive GP/OB.
I explained how I've been doing everything possible to loose weight but its just not happening.
She has put me on Duromine every 2nd day, metformin 3x daily and a 450 calorie a day diet by using Opti fast.
She is also sending me for blood tests which I will do tomorrow all going to plan.
She is so supportive and wonderful! She said she has done a lot of research into PCOS and weight loss which is helpful!

Good luck, hopefully you get the job!

Blood results are same day from my clinic. So, apparently my progesterone was still a bit too low to say I have definitely O'd, but it had risen, so I may have O'd last night or this morning. We've certainly done plenty of BD this cycle, so hopefully it was a good egg and it's safely making its way into a sticky spot! I can't help but over analyse all results. More bloods on Friday and Monday. My poor veins. I am doing all I can to keep busy and distracted ATM.

450 Cals!! Jeeeeez that's tough! I was on duromine last year and on 1200 Cals, I can't have shake diet due to insulin levels, I lost close to 18kg in 5 months. As soon as I stopped the duromine I put it all back on.

    Hi everyone,

I have pcos too, found out after TTC once I stopped the pill. V irregular cycles was my only symptom. I saw a FS and went on 25mg clomid with ovidrel shot. Worked first time and was very happy. However just had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks

So, I guess I'll be back on the clomid train in the next month and trying again. Not sure how long it will be until we can TTC again esp. With pcos! A few docs have said just wait a few cycles... I am like "do you realise how long that could be!!!"- my last natural cycle was about 88 days :/ my FS is away on holidays and I really can't wait till she's back and can give me some advice.

Anyway, that's me. Nice to meet you all and I hope you all see a BFP soon xx

Yup really tough! I think I will increase it to 800 just so I can still have a reasonably normal dinner.

That seems dangerously low for the cals. If any of you want to talk to someone about weight loss have a chat to Zombie Eyes. She has lost a lot of weight and the research she has done shows that drastically reducing calories and increasing exercise can cause a lot of damage to the body. At the moment I'm losing roughly 1kg a month. Yes it's slow but the weight is staying off and I'm not missing out on anything.
