What a beautiful wedding photo MummaK! I'm Bec, new to TTC. I have not long started trying vitex! what are your experiences with it? I'm currently CD91.

I took it consistently for 2 months (then got slack with wedding planning lol) but in those 2 months I had a 23d and a 28 day cycle. I have pcos so my cycles in 2012 were 50-85 days on average.

    I definitely think vitex helped

Tested a few hours i go. I think there was a faint line within ten minutes. There's definitely a faint one now. Its hard to tell within the testing time as the dye takes ages to go all the way through. Will test agian on tuesday. I'll try and post a picture later.

Wow! so in the first month of taking it you had a 23day cycle? That's exciting! I was scared it may take 3 months or something to start working. I am also in the same boat as you with the PCOS.

I hope I'm as lucky as you in that sense then. I have noticed since taking Vitex, I have been very emotionally up and down, but I am prone to depression so I can't tell if it's the Vitex or not.
