I reckon he will be okay with a buggy board...they change so much, the boy I look after is 2.5 and won't go in a pram now!

So exciting. We will be in there by early June so I will be able to start doing a nursery (as we will know the sex by then) and I'm really excited about organising book shelves and pantry and laundry and stuff

I love slings though, hoping my bub will like them as I have a lot!

My MIL just asked DP why I am finishing work next week, she thinks that's far too early and I should keep working for longer. I am so very glad that she lives in Tasmania and I rarely have to see her! So angry that she has to voice her opinion when she has no idea what is going on.

It doesn't but clearly she needs to voice her opinions. I'm fairly convinced she doesn't like me anyways. And I'm now dreading when she will visit bub in August

So I had my midwife app this arvo, baby is measuring again spot on 38 weeks, hb fine, my blood pressure fine and that swab test u have to do came back negative so that meant I could have a s&s yes!! The midwife did say they aren't as rough as a doctor so some not as effective dam her! Baby is now 4/5ths engaged so it dropped even further again, she said this was a good sign!
The only bad thing was my repeat iron test is still low!!! Far out!! The baby seems to be taking everything! Have to double my iron tablets and pray it doesn't cause constipation lol!

U can buy Velcro mcn's.. The brand lapses my mind but it could be baby beehinds!

Got my nt results back. Low risk for downs 1:4000ish.

The nt scan has put us in to a risk category for a heart condition due to a large nuchal fold. We are in the lower of the high risk category though. We expected to be at risk but didnt get that result with DD who was fine..The echo is going to be moved forward to my 19 week scan.

It could be due to 2 reasons, if it's due to a particular condition they think DH has, we have a 1:2 chance of a heart condition. If its a congenital heart condition it's 1:33.

Another 5 weeks of keeping everything crossed....
