Can your family help out at all Toni? I hope you can find the extra $ especially to allow him to do training earlier in June.

Hi everyone, I'm still here, 20 weeks and all going well. Just trying to catch on everything, so much has happened.....

Sorry to hear your news pink or blue, sometimes difficult things happen in life to make us stronger and understand the importance of life. I wish you all the best and hope you can still smile at the things that you are thankful for. Take care and be kind to yourself.

Hey thanks for thinking of me !! My ob appointment was good, it looks like I will most likely go till at least 34 weeks but it will depend on the scan I have next week...baby girl is measuring 26 weeks while baby boy is measuring 28 weeks and I'm 27+3 days so she is much smaller if she stops growing they will have to take them out before but even full term my ob estimates she will only get to 6 pounds! I have been told that the only thing I can do to help is to have lots of rest and not pick much weight up but with a 2 year old is very difficult!
I went shopping this afternoon got new car seats and a couple more things so I'm ready to have the babies now its just a matter of organising, cleaning and packing

I've been reading along but not very active last week or so. Been really busy at work and home so limited chances to post.

Welcome to the newly pregnant arrivals! And hi to those who've been away a while!

Glad everyone seems to be going along ok.

I am 25 weeks now and been to a VBAC info session at the hospital. Very interesting and good to know a vaginal birth is still a much lower risk than another c section in general. Just hope I go into labour naturally as they won't induce this time due to previous c section. If baby isn't here by 42 wks its straight to the operating theatre. Really want to avoid this!

Everything pregnancy related is going really well and I feel good. Apart from bub bouncing on my bladder today causing some uncomfortable twinges! we've bought pretty much everything we need for baby now, topping up what we had for DS. My mum is arriving from UK two weeks before my due date. Can't wait!

I have 10 weeks until maternity leave, will be glad to leave my stressful job in child protection but got a lot to finish off before then.

DH accidentally fed us all week old sour cream for dinner tonight which was separated in the fridge waiting to be thrown out. This is instead of getting the brand new pot out that he himself bought yesterday, so stupid! So not very happy with potentially being poisoned while pregnant, and DS. I am very fussy about food hygiene so really cross with him. Probably just being paranoid!

Mmmmmm choc chip muffins..... I just ate dinner and its threatening to come back up tonight

Lilpetal – good luck with the move! We moved twice last year, over it now!!

Oh no Toni that sucks. I hope you can get the money and training sorted. Could he claim it back on tax maybe?

    Welcome back MsFaery!

Nila – good to hear things went well with your scan. Keep baking babies!!!!

Bond – Did you get any good tip / pointers at your workshop? My hospital doesn’t run a VBAC workshop but another major one does so Im going to see if I can pay a fee to do it. I hope you DS doesn’t get sick. I accidently did that once with DD and some cheese spread and she got an upset belly. I was soooo upset!!

Im doing well, 13 weeks tomorrow - hellooooooo 2nd trimester!!! Im SUPER sore though, my butt is KILLING me, feels like Ive pulled a muscle on my right side but its been like that for 2 weeks now and Im getting really stiff and sore Off to see the physio tomorrow, but Im considering changing physios to one that specialises in pregnancy (mine is great, but shes very young). Im looking forward to doing yoga starting in 2 weeks, just waiting for the OB to hopefully give me clearance to do it next week

    WOW, this thread moves fast.
Im a bit like Bond Girl and can read along through the day while at work, but wont often be able to find time to post.

    Rainbow, YAY 10 weeks!

K17 Mmmmmm Muffins! Send some my way

MCB, looking lovely! I cant wait to get a little bump, even if it is just a bloated bump.

LilPetal, Moving at 39 weeks! I cant thing of anything worse than moving, even when not pregnant. Although I do agree its probably easier now than with a newborn. I hope it all goes really well.

Toni, that sux about your DP's training, I really hope it all works out ok for you

Nila, lovely to hear all went well today, keep your feet up, and keep cooking those babies

Bond, great to hear that you are going well, I hope that those last 10 weeks fly by for you AND that no one gets sick from the sour cream!!!!
Im really particular about food too and would kill DH if he did that

Waiting, Woo Hoo for 2nd Tri I often need to go to the osteo for a dodgy neck and back, I might have to look for one that specialises in pregnancy, Hope you find one that is as good as the one you see now

AFM, af a no show today spotting has stopped completely, cramping has eased and is pretty minor now. and digital HPT sad PREGNANT 2-3
its finally starting to feel a bit real now.
We are going to tell my Dad and Step Mum tomorrow night at dinner and DH's parents Thursday. I brought a pic frame that says love you poppy on it and put a pic of my digital HPT in it to give to my dad. He is going to be so unbelievably excited, has been nagging us to make him grand babies for nearly a year, (not knowing that we were ttc)

Nila, I hope both bubs continue growing and you can get to at least 34 weeks

Bond, I've got 10 weeks left of work too (well 9.5 now). I hope none of you get sick from the sour cream.

Waiting, sorry you're in pain. Hopefully the physio can help. How exciting to be in the second trimester

MrsLA, so glad AF didn't show up. It is so exciting telling family. I bet they'll be so excited. Gotta love the pressure you get from family to provide them with grandkids or nieces or nephews. We got so much pressure, in the end we told them all we were trying, just so they'd leave us alone.

Hi everyone else. I hope all those that haven't posted in a while, are doing well.

Nila: Glad things are going out and yay for buying things for babies and nearly getting organised.

Bond Girl: Glad VBAC session was good. You sound super organised. Yay for your mum coming to visit.

waitinghoping: Yay for 13 weeks, welcome to the 2nd trimester. Your butt pain might be sciatica, that's how mine started.
