    Great news SL

Myles slept over 12 hours last night! Wish I slept better than I did.... 2 good naps yesterday after a settle at 30mins, I am going to try & time it to go in his room at 30 mins today (obviously 1sleep cycle for him) and settle him before he wakes up... See if that works rather than having to contend with the screaming!

That is great news SL, u must be so relieved.

I had to wake Zoe up this morning after 12 hours last night too Amy! Must have been the day for it. I still let her nap in the lounge etc with me during the day, should I be encouraging her to nap in her own room to make the transition easier?

We are off to Qld on Sunday Adden, how funny!! I have been weary of the flight with bubs but heard its easier with babes more than toddlers so feel for u with both cos that is a long flight!

Adden I'm glad you feel better about it and enjoy your trip to Qld...toddler on a plane sounds hard but I'm sure your well equipped

My DH went back to work today 11 weeks together....god I miss him! Feel like a limb is missing he has been a wonderful support and I have gotten used to him being here. Now it's just me and Ivy

You'll get used to it Nic, mine was home for 7 weeks, the first was the hardest after that each week that goes by my confidence as a Mum grows, you and Ivy can start to get in a routine together, I think it's much easier when it's 1:1

Yea I agree it's just today was hard especially with the cot transition as she hasn't taken to it well...

First nap 45 mins and did not settle so got her up

Second nap 40 mins of grizzle on and off then quiet for 25 so I took that as a win!

Third nap we went for out normal walk...she slept 2 hours 45 mins in pram and I had to wake her.

We shall continue the cot training tomorrow, nights can stay in basinett until we get at least one sleep cycle in the day, it's hard but I'm definitely going to preserve, don't really have a choice she will be too big for basinett very soon!!
