Me and my DH don't take any supplements (other than elite for women and the one for men) just wondering if we should be doing more
Aww that sucks! Hopefully another cancellation comes up soon. Wazza has a long list of supps but seems he keeps adding to them daily. I will try to link you to another thread which has the most up to date list.

My cycle was cancelled due to low progesterone. I feel alot sadder than I thought i would be even though it is for the best. Just don't know if this will ever happen for me :-(

Hey Silverdragon really sorry to hear about your cancelled cycle, what are they going to do to get your progesterone levels up? It will happen for you I am sure, the sad fact about IVF is we never know how long our journey is going to be, sending you

Thanks everyone. Yeah we just don't know what can happen. Everything was well on track this cycle and i was feeling really good. My bloods from last Friday were good... I have a natural progesterone oil at home I normally use in the second half of my cycle but didn't use it until my progesterone bt on Wednesday. After the bt I started using it because I get insomnia otherwise. I called my FS back just now and asked to do another bt to see if my progesterone has risen from the last few days I have been using it. They will have the slip waiting for me when I arrive there tomorrow. I don't know if that will make a difference to if we transfer or not but moreso I am interested to see what the natural progesterone does to my levels. I have never had my bloods
monitored ever so would like to know what my body is doing.
Has anyone heard that eating before a progesterone bt lowers the progesterone result? I actually read it last night....

I have been away camping (terrible weather) and then travelling for work. So just catching up on all the goss.

A huge congrats to Ktking and Bronwyn on the arrival of your beautiful girls. I wish you and your family every happiness.

Have not had any acupuncture yet, going to have it with this IVF cycle. I had my appointment with the QFG nurse today, really informative and really tell you the ins and outs. So I have my Synarel and will start sniffing that on Monday and wait for AF to come. The nurse recommended that I didn't get the injections yet, just in case I happen to fall pregnant naturally. You never know miracles can happen. Actually happend to a friend of mine.

Hoping another cancellation comes up KJ, you won't need it and your new FS will get you a BFP.

to you Silverdragon, sorry to hear of your cancelled cycle, as if time doesn't go slow enough already and then that happens. They say everything happens for a reason. Hopefully your second progestrone test with give you the result you need.

to you Nickilee on your next IUI cycle.

I bet this IVF cycle is going to feel like it takes forever, especially with it being the first. Glad to be getting started though.

Thanks KJ sorry I forgot to answer your question. I see the FS tomorrow to discuss the way forward. I am surprised he would choose to cancel the cycle this early as I would have thought he would have just given me pessaries to take in order to get my progesterone to a good level. I am getting another bt tomorrow and I hope my levels have risen so maybe he changes his mind. I believe I ovulated on Tuesday so a bt very early on Wednesday may have been a bit early to see a rise in progesterone. At least that is what I am hoping.
Fingers crossed for my appointment and bt tomorrow!

I am a bit behind, just want to say congratulations to ktking on the safe arrival of kaley she is beautiful, hope your are enjoying being a mummy

Afm last month our fs have us the option to do a frozen transfer on my next cycle, so this month some time. Still unsure wether to jump in this month or the next. We didn't expect him to say do it so soon. Our ds is 11 months old this month (also ivf) so just trying to figure out the best timing to try again

I'm hoping that your BT and appointment have gone well today Silverdragon.

I have weird feeling ovulation like pain on my LHS today. I had a BT yesterday and they have confirmed that I have ovulated, so not sure what this is. Has anyone else had this?
