They say about 2pm is good.
Defo not when you first get up. If you don't want to do it while at work then after work is best, but before 8pm.
The reason I ended up doing it x3 a day was because there is a chance you can miss the surge

6pm it is then! I don't really feel comfortable leaving my assistant with 24 kindy kids while I wait for the results every day. Yay so excited! Going to test when I get home!!

Well, tested today only to get a well expected BFN. This has definitely been my most up and down cycle by far. No idea what's going on with my body. Temps have been all over the shop, spotting randomly throughout the second/third week and now for the past week and a half straight. If AF doesn't arrive over the weekend then it's definitely a trip to the doctors for me. I'm terrifying myself into thinking it could be something bad but hopefully I'm just overreacting. About to head to sydney for three days for a work conference so see what happens over the weekend I guess. Won't be on here as I'm sharing a room with someone so hope you all have great weekends! Will be back Sunday
