I weighed myself this morning. I don't usually, but my clothes have been feeling tighter. I've put on about 5kg in the last 6 months I'm only a little bit overweight (BMI is 26), but I'd really rather be 5-10kg lighter. So Channy, I'll join you in getting fitter & healthier It will be hard though. I know I've been stress eating & have no time for exercise with f/t work & study... except bd of course It might be time to get the Wii Fit out again.

Well done Channy! Spin class is HARD, and to do it that early, very well done. Guess what, my butt bone hurts!! Lol. I have no idea what I've done but it started hurting randomly on Saturday and now I can hardly move I injured my tail bone about 2 years ago and it took months to heal but had no trouble since. Now I'm dying in pain, haha. Might have to see a doc about it I think.
Keep up the great work Channy and welcome to the healthy train funchu!

I love Pump. I just can't find a gym near enough to home or work that offers it I suppose I could get a DVD? I think I considered that a couple of years ago but realised our 2br apartment wasn't big enough for me to do pump (not to mention lack of storage space for the equipment), but we have a 4br house now

You could have your own gym!!

I bought the Michelle Bridges DVD about a year ago... Think I watched it once ( and not all the way through)

Came back to work full of energy after that lunch time class. Will definitely go at that time again. Going to do the 6.30am class tomorrow - go me!!
