Always much easier when you have such a wonderful goal. I have gained a little bit too since TTC because I was worried going to the gym might be pushing myself if I was to fall pregnant. Good luck, hopefully your tests go well for you too

Prepare to be a pin cushion!! I hope all the tests come back normal for you.

I know it's hard to lose weight but you have been that weight before so hopefully your body remembers and it's a bit easier for you. My physio who specializes in pre & post natal and pregnancy stuff says that most women fall pregnant when they gain or lose the recommended weight given by my FS. At least the weight gain is an "easy" fix compared to some other issues you could have. And hopefully it's enough to get you a sticky bubba. I hope that makes sense.

Do you have to do follicular tracking too or is he happy you're ovulating?

Given the 3 early mc he is happy that in ovulating. I'm ok just going to have to really try and lose this weight.

True. At least you don't have to be a pin cushion for days each month while he's trying to figure that out!!

Glad that the SA was good and he is going to run some more tests. Yikes, my BMI is 41 and I haven't yet been told to lose weight by any of my doctors or the fs (I understand a healthy weight is always best). I know the less weight you have to lose the harder it is but I'm positive you can do it. You have a great reason and a very positive attitude x

AFM - I gave up sugar on Wed and so far I'm feeling very motivated! I've already lost a kilo which is great too. See new fs in 3 weeks to talk about getting IVF organised. Nervous and excited. Determined to lose at least 3 kilos before then and at least 10 before staring IVF. I reckon I can do it this time

    We can motivate each other!

I think the only reason I have been told to lose weight is that since ny weddibg in march last yr I have put on 8kg which is quite a lot for a year so the fs thinks that the quick weight gain may have had a hand in my multiple miscarriages. so he is ruling that out first because it is the easiest and cheapest thing to fix. I had a dinner party last night so that was my last indulgence, I am on super super health kick as of today, green smoothies all round I made salted caramel and pecan tarts for my guests last night, amaze balls!!

They look amazing Channy, yummmo. What an awesome last indulgence, salted caramel is one of my favs. Yes, let's motivate each other! I weighed myself this morning (said I wouldn't until tomorrow but couldn't help myself). 1.1 kilos gone I feel loads better already too, just energy wise and even emotionally too. We can do it Channy!

Anything without cheese. You could ask for Tacos without cheese. Which restaurant are you going to?
