Is it something you would take/do for the rest of your life to maintain the weightloss? Are your WL goals long term, or short term? Thats what I ask myself when I am considering any of these fads, because once you stop, it will probably come right back.

If u can maintain your weight, but are having trouble shucking a few kilos, then a "fad" diet can help you get to your ideal weight, then you can maintain with a healthy exercise and diet regime. It can be a good tool to utilise, as long as you're willing to work for it.

I haven't heard of that pill. But I am about to try Liproxenol. My sister has tried it and had remarkable result. She lost all her pregnancy weight plus more in a few months. I have stubborn weight that wouldn't shift no matter how much I diet and exercise. She told me that she felt the appetite suppression within days, so dieting became less of a struggle. And best of all she didn't feel sluggish during the day. Hopefully I get to achieve the same result as I know, the effect can vary from person to person. But I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm on the shake, sorry I will be on the shake hehe I just need a suppressant to shift the last 5 that's all. I've already lost all my pregnancy weight, and I did lose this last 5 on a shake diet but it crept back the bugger lol

Awesome about your sister. What's liproxenal never heard of it?

I saw an article in the paper (for what it's worth) and this was rated the most concerning diet program out of 25 diets on the market by doctors.

I don't know much about it but I remembered reading that last week.

I'd probably want to know what the effects (long term and short term) would be before I took it up.
I'd be interested to read this article.
