Default What was your child's first reaction like?

So I'm thinking that my 6 month old may have an oat allergy (although contamination with wheat etc. is also a possibility). I know, in theory, the ways that allergic reactions gnereally appear and progress, but am interested to hear the stories of individuals.

So...what happened with your child? What was the first reaction that you were aware of, and how did things progress fromthere?

    Cheers

When my ds was 9mnths he started getting skin reactions from Vegemite, spag bog, yoghurt, eggs, fruit. now he's 1year & he no longer has reactions to all off them. When I went to my dr when it first happened he said to wait until he was 1 before he started taking bloods to see what the cause was. Gave a script for a eczema cream, but stopped using that. Now he's fine with these foods
