I don't have a PIN for the phone part of it so I don't have the option. It's rare that I have to call them so I've never worried about it. They've been so bad with the employment line for some time now that I have days where I can't even get through to the automated part. It just keeps coming up engaged. I've had really bad days with it when I can't even get through to the family assistance line so i've handed it to DH and he's called on the disability line lol.

Can only do that if you have registered to have a pin number....I keep forgetting mine so when they ask for a pin I say 'I dont have one' lol

Oh that's a bummer! I installed their Families app this morning but you need a pin for that too.

Ask them to get a pin when you finally get a hold of them.

Cos there is a lot of b!tching to be done about centrelink lmao

With the app. I installed both the employment and families apps (not realising that you really only need 1 of them because they do the same thing lol) and you create the pin yourself for them. I just sigend in with my online details and made my own 4 digit pins.

Argh that was my last call with them.

I received a letter saying ppp suspended. Hmm, call them, wait 45 or so mins.

Supposedly I didn't return a letter. I didn't get that particular letter but that doesn't matter. It's my fault.

He then goes on to say the letter was asking me to call to confirm I'm reporting correctly. I am, always have. I ended up saying 'so the letter was asking me to call you just so you can tell me good job?' Yep.

    Nice waste of time centrelink!

I don't believe they do either. I haven't had the 'pleasure' of going into a centrelink office lately but last time I was in there you could see staff at their desks answering the phone calls.
