Some things take a while to prep, but you can make them in bulk and freeze or keep for leftovers.
I do find I have a lot more waste leftover at the end of the week than if I was cooking on my own, but I'll generally chuck all the leftover veggies together and make a soup or some fried rice and eat that for lunches, too. So I really only follow the dinner menu as i eat the same 2 or 3 things for breakfast (porridge/eggs/smoothie) and use myfitnesspal to work out the calories for those so i know how much I've got left over for snacks.
Thanks FL. What do you think has been the best part of the program for you? What have you gained that you would not have gained without joining up?

I guess I'm trying to figure out if I can do it on my own - but with my track record probably not

Did everyone do the cupboard clean out and see the essentials list today? I think I'll skip the anchovies...

Hi there, i can't wait for the round to start. This will be my first and I am busy getting ready.

Does anyone know what gear we will need to work out at home? Hand weights? What weight should they be? And is it important to have a heart rate monitor?

Mrs Ohara, I am cleaning out my cupboard this weekend

    Thanks All!

This is my first round too, I'm really excited
I'm not sure what equipment you'll need for at home but I'm fairly sure she'll have an essentials list with the information before the challenge starts.
