    I've signed up as well. My sister lost 8kg in a round last year so I thought I would give it a go! Hoping to lose the extra 5kg I've gained since having 2 kids. Just wish it would hurry up and start already!

    Me too! I am really looking forward to it starting now. 2 kids (both c sections) later I'm 10kg heavier than what I was prior (and where I am happy and my clothes fit!) and have poor core strength... I'm a little anxious as DH works away and I'm still ebf #2! Mostly worried about being hungry - I HATE being hungry :-( I think I can manage a strict diet - the time to exercise will be a challenge though... Good luck, might bump into you in the forums!! 😊

    You won't be hungry! I'm doing round one and breastfeeding, and I struggle most days to eat enough! It's all really yummy, practical, every day food. The exercise regime was too hardcore for me so I'm not following it exactly- I'm doing 3 days cardio and 2 days yoga, when youre meant to do 3x cardio, 2x strength and 1x stretching. And i mix and match the meals to suit my week and my family. But i definitely recommend it have fun!

    I'm thinking about doing this round...

    I'd love to know;

    Is it doable at home without gym membership?
    Food prep etc - how practical is it? In terms of expense, time, preparation etc...

    Yes, you can choose from gym, outside and at home programs.
    Food prep I've tweaked a little to suit myself- I don't make extra lunch meals, most of the time I just make the dinners in bulk so i can have leftovers for lunch.
    Some things take a while to prep, but you can make them in bulk and freeze or keep for leftovers.
    I do find I have a lot more waste leftover at the end of the week than if I was cooking on my own, but I'll generally chuck all the leftover veggies together and make a soup or some fried rice and eat that for lunches, too. So I really only follow the dinner menu as i eat the same 2 or 3 things for breakfast (porridge/eggs/smoothie) and use myfitnesspal to work out the calories for those so i know how much I've got left over for snacks.
