    I didn't problem with order neither. There was a delay about 3 weeks before they shipped out my pump but they send me an email to apologize and send a few extra gifts so its all good
    If you have any trouble with your oder, you can try email Karisha. She always reply me back within a day or two.
    Just give her your PayPal transaction Id or receipt number. She should be able to help you out.

    Babymiracle, thanks for the suggestion but I used that email and another email address that appears on the unimom website and have emailed multiple times now over the last two-three weeks with no reply. I also tried the facebook page and the phone number. You seem to have been luckier than I was

    Actually I now seem to remember there being a post on fb about how they had had a death or something in the family and to expect delays.

    Disbride, do you remember when you saw that? There is nothing recent that I can see up there saying this.... the lady with the complaints seems to have removed all her wall posts from Facebook too.

    It's just getting too late for me, I don't want to be trying to sort this order out too close to my due date, so I am sticking with my plan, regardless of the personal situations with the suppliers (as unfortunate as a death in the family is), that way I can make alternate arrangements with enough time prior to due date.

    I ordered mine around the 3rd so could explain why mine was delayed? I did at least get my order even if it took longer then thought.

    they should put something on the webpage if this is the case! (Maybe they have,I haven't looked) people would understand, but should be given the choice to hand over their $$.

    Terrible customer service. I still have a complaint they never responded too from last year!
    I keep meaning to post a review in bub hub to warn others but haven't gotten around to it yet....
