Default Anyone else having trouble with a Unimom order?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting in contact with the folks at Unimom? I know there was a delay on some products back at the start of the year, but I ordered a pump almost a month ago and have not heard anything since I put the order in, not even a tracking number so I can try figure out what's happened to it.

I'm in a bit of a pickle because I want the order, but it's starting to get to the end of the time I can dispute the order through paypal (the payment has definitely gone through). I have tried multiple times to contact Unimom with no success.

Anyone else having the same problems at the moment?

Oh ouch was this during their sale? I bought a pump during their sale last month or so and it arrived the same week. Perhaps try one more contact and then contact paypal about getting your money back as nothing has happened re contact or getting the product? I'm not sure otherwise Hope it works out soon

thanks, this is not sounding promising! I ordered the forte double pump, so it's a fair bit of cash tied up in that order and I'm getting pretty close to due date now... kinda need to resolve it one way or another!

Oh wow well I think perhaps you should contact Paypal now and explain the situation, maybe they will have some ideas for you? I've never really had to deal with this before.

I ordered a pump before Christmas, there was a three week delay. It still hadn't arrived so I contacted them and got it in less than a week....
However, it was faulty and broke (though I still think they are a good pump).... And I was promised a refund. That was in January and even though I've contacted them several times since I've not got my refund. I've lodged a complaint with the office of fair trading to get my promised refund back.

Seems kinda strange you're having trouble and I've had trouble contacting them, because back in December they were very prompt after I queried where my pump was. I hope they haven't closed up shop or something! I'm owed $140!!

    yes!

I emailed them after 2 weeks (bought when it wasn't on sale and got express post! it was also not a model on back order.) got an email later that day with a tracking number, no other explanation or apology. It arrived the next morning.

Terrible customer service! I believe there was at least 1 other lady on here with issues too.

Email them, be firm and give them a timeframe to respond.

eta: just read you have tried to contact them.....dependin on what you have said, email them with a demand that they respond, if they don't get your money back through paypal.

    great pump, crappy company!

Thanks for the support and your experiences ladies. I'm pretty bummed about how it's looking to turn out. I emailed again, and set out a pretty firm time line after which I will contact paypal for a dispute resolution. There is one other person who keeps messaging them on their facebook wall, and the person's comments/complaints keep seemingly disappearing. Very strange.

I'd heard such good things about their pumps so I'm sad that it might come to this. Back to the drawing board for more pump research for me

Oh dear. I've ordered the same thing from them, maybe only 10 days ago or so.

They replied to a question I posted on their Facebook page before I ordered, so they're definitely still there.

Hopefully you get a response soon.

I had no trouble receiving my goods, but had to take to FB to get a response once I found the pump was faulty. I got my refund after some confusing communications. It was a very disappointing experience after I heard such good reviews and ended up buying a Medela anyway.
