My LO is 5.5 months and is enjoying his solids. So far tried pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, avocado, pear, rice cereal and baby porridge (brown rice+millet+oats).
Last few days his No 2 was getting lumpier so I think he's heading towards constipation.
I am thinking it is the rice cereal causing it but my question is, is it the rice or the iron that's the culprit?
Also, will brown rice be alright to give to help constipation? Or should I stop both types of rice? The brown rice is part of the baby porridge he's eating.
