I buy most of my craft stuff from cheap shops like The Reject Shop and Cheap as Chips. I have a whole cupboard full of stuff most of which has already been said.
A couple of others that I don't think have been listed already:
    -Old socks
    -felt shapes/sheets
    -bottle tops
    -buttons
    -******ers
    -nature stuff (sticks/leaves/pine cones ect.)
