Default Snacks to make for 2.5 year old

I want to do some cooking today for my 2.5 year old and after snack ideas.
Some to freeze and some that will keep on a container to eat.

I hate shop bought snacks as they are full of nasties.

My child eats anything so looking forward to your suggestions

Pancakes are a winner with the toddlers around me. I make them in different shapes and use wholemeal flour. We make really exciting toppings, too - like caramelised banana.

A new fave for my 2.5 year old is banana pancakes. So simple - mash banana add an egg and cook in frypan! No flour or sugar needed. I saw the idea in another thread on here

Mini quiches are a fave, as are scones.
But they would eat carrot sticks and cucumber all day if I let them.

    My DS loves
    Banana and yogurt muffins
    Anzac biscuits
    Homemade muesli bars
Homemade ravioli- either ricotta and spinach or pumpkin in wonton wraps. I freeze them in little containers so i can just pull one out and heat it up for a snack, or I'll defrost 2 and add some napoli sauce for a quick meal
    Samosas
Bite sized homemade sausage rolls made with chicken mince, lentils and veggies.
Samosas and sausage rolls can also be bulked up as a meal just by added some extra veggies/rice/homemade chips and a little pot of yogurt for dipping.
