I literally just got a on a digital ovulation test and am wanting advice on when you think would be best for us to dtd? Here is my chart :-)
Now! lol... hopefully that's what you're doing I'd bd tonight & the next 2 nights. Ideally you should have started before you got the +ve on the ovulation test, but hopefully you can still catch the eggy. fx

Thanks Fanchu, we dtd last night, two nights before that and two days before that in the morning :-) there's just a lot of conflicting advice out there in Google land so I wanted to see what you guys thought - so thank you!

DH had a few too many beers and has passed out on the lounge! Grrrrrrr, maybe I should wake him HAHA

Good luck to everyone testing soon. Hope everyone in the TWW manage to stay busy, distracted and sane!

Hollyygolightly, im sure you're doing all you can and doing a fantastic job of being really aware of what you do to and put in your body. The over analyzing must be hard on top of trying and then the TWW. I'm so sorry that's the thing keeping you up. Is there something you can do that will help you relax and so sleep? I've been asking myself the same thing - but the going to sleep part is ok, its the waking at 3am and staring at the ceiling that's driving me nuts! Sometimes doing yoga breathing helps me, and focussing on relaxing one part of my body each time I exhale - and forcing myself to concentrate on that not everything else. It becomes relaxing once my mind gives in! We have our own business and I work part time too. All will be well long term, its just tough now.

AFM, only CD7. AF left the building 2 days ago. Here we go!
