Default Omg I think it's working!

Over the last few weeks we have been weaning DD2 from her nighttime bottles..we give her the initial bedtime bottle and then nothing there after. We were finding we were getting up some days 4 times a night for refills.

We have been going in at night saying 'BED' each time and put her back to bed.

Last night she didn't get up at all.. Check point for mum and dad!

Then this evening we have her the initi bedtime bottle, she finished and came to her bedroom door and said
'no more bocky' assuming she wanted a refill I said ' yeah no more blocky your a big girl now' and she hopped into bed and went to sleep!

Holy mackerel! I hope I'm not jinxing but woohoo it's working!

Good one, we did the same. We do offer water through the nights which he does take.

    DD is 2yrs 3mths

She is still waking but it's gone down o once a night and she is quite satisfied with being old to go back to bed so I can't really complain could be much much worse!
