Default Student Midwife looking for pregnant women in Ipswich & surrounds :)

Hi ladies, My name is Aimee and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Midwifery at the University of Queensland at the Ipswich campus. I am in my 3rd year. A large component of my degree is being with and following 20 women through their pregnancy. Part of this is being at 5 antenatal visits, birth, and 2 postnatal visits. I would be there for support throughout your whole pregnancy, your labour, birth and postnatal care. If you would be interested in this or have any questions to ask, please to not hesitate to reply to this thread. I will be forever grateful for the chance to be able to share this amazing journey of pregnancy with you, all while gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience to one day make myself a brilliant midwife! Aimee xx

    Thank you for your reply

I will be an additional support person for you during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It consists of me attending at least 5 antenatal visits, your birth, and 2 postnatal visits. It is a great opportunity for yourself to have an additional support person and a great opportunity for me to further my knowledge.

Are you planning on going to Ipswich hospital if you are pregnant?

I hope to hear back from you

    Aimee

    Hi there

I'm 23 years old, living in Springfield.

I'm in my 2nd year of midwifery as I said above, and looking for women to follow throughout their pregnancy.

I find it excited and rewarding at the same time to be able to have the opportunity to do this. Plus the women I have followed through previously I still have a relationship with

    How many weeks are you?

I would be more than happy to follow you though in your pregnancy

    Hi Aimee,

I got my BFP this morning!!!

Only very very early days but I'm very interested in having you as support.

My husband works away so will be great to have the extra constant support
