My husband just took a Blackmores men's multivitamin, I got pregnant in the first month of trying but I'm not sure whether its directly related or not (he'll tell anyone who listens that he has super sperm lol)

My DH is taking a B multi, zinc and fish oil. Haven't got a BFP yet, though, so who knows if its working yet 😳

Hubby is taking menevit and Swiss men's multi. We saw our IVF doc last week and he approved of these and said to keep it up. We will see next month if they have made any improvement to his low sperm count.

You might want to add folic acid for him.

Oh thanks Shinning, I didn't know that. We'll add folic acid to the regime 😀
