Snacking all the time!!! I was eating lots of crackers, toast, almonds and fruit eventually. Plain biscuits were great too. I had a hankering for apple juice and bought lots of juice boxes!
I was often ill driving to work so started taking a bottle with 50-50 ginger ale and water.

Thankfully my nausea has eased up a bit. I am still getting waves every now and then and I have to be careful with food in the morning but I am not feeling sick all the time.

I am still mostly eating carbs but trying to eat salad to get some veg into my diet - for some reason the thought of eating cooked veggies makes me sick!

I'm now at 14 weeks and still get it occasionally though the nausea was horrible for me from week 5-12 I lived on toast ,salad and when I felt ok would eat more. I drank ginger tea which helped a little but not much unfortunately.I remember staying in bed all weekend when I had no work as I felt too nauseus and exhausted to move I hope you don't have it for too long

I have battled with all day MS since about 6wks, started getting worse at 10wks, now gagging 24/7, and started vomiting on the weekend, got admitted into ed for dehydration and low blood pressure, am now on odansetron wafers but they still aint helping, im hardly eating, and when I do its very little, and I can only sip fluids it sucks, I thought its meant to get better at 12 wks not worse, I have an u/s on Thursday and im scared im not gonna be able to drink enough water
