Default Time to kick it up a gear

So I'm on the homestretch with my weightloss - it sounds good right??? Until I mention I've been sitting on the same 'almost there' weight for over a year now. Long story short (as I'm sure a few of you have read my story before) I've lost 25kg. Gone from a size 16 (90kg) to a size 10 (65kg). It's not so much a number I want to lose - just I've still got a muffin top and flabby legs so I think the remainder of my journey is a tiny bit about loss and a big bit about toning.

So I've got the clean eating down pat (apart from still indulging in alcohol but a whole lot less than I used to) and I was going to the gym but my finances are tight so I've decided to do a DVD program instead. It's 60 days and hard core. It's called insanity ... And it's titled perfectly!!! But I feel good doing. 2 days down and a whooooolllleeee lot more determination and will power to go!! So here's hoping I feel better for it in 60 days

Wow, I looked at that insanity workout. I like myself a no nonsense hardcore workout, but that looks a little full on for me! How are you finding it? Can you complete much of it or is it something you'll have to work up to?

Well it's early days but I like it. It's doable and you go at your own pace (which I'm in time with them so far). The only problem I have is doing the push ups. I've got stuff all upper body strength so hopefully I get a bit better. I didn't finish those sets :/
