Default Blood orange dress... What colour accessories?

*mods, please move if I've put this in the wrong area! * :-)

I'm wearing this dress to a wedding on Saturday, and would love your opinions on what colour to accessorise it (shoes, clutch, jewellery)... It's like a blood orange colour.

I suck at fashion at the best of times, so I need your help (I am going accessory shopping tomorrow)...

Black is my 'safe' fall back colour, but I want to be a bit 'braver' and brighter than usual because it makes me feel happy, so I was originally thinking like a deep dark purple (grape) colour, than someone suggested electric blue, which I'm really leaning towards now... Other suggestions on FB were emerald green, silver and black.

And apparently this season it's all about 'clashing' colours and patterns (according to Sunrise, LOL)! So, tell me what colour should my accessories be?!

I'd put an emerald green necklace (one the doesn't hang onto the dress) silver heels and a black clutch...?! Good luck I'm sure you'll look great!

Oh electric blue bracelets and a silver necklace and silver shoes would look good
Or black shoes. Black shoes and clutch would look really nice with electric blue jewelry.

    Sent from my talky stick

    Maybe turquoise.

Perhaps have nude patent heels, a turquoise clutch, turquoise and gold earrings and a simple gold chain?

I don't know if that's too much or too little - I tend to go for overkill with accessories generally... lol... but I do think turquoise would be a fabulous colour.

    I agree with turquoise.

Alternatively I love orange and navy.

I'm loving the turquoise suggestion... What about black shoes and turquoise clutch and jewellery.

I'd go this with a gold necklace and earrings.

I'm a minimalist when it comes to accessories, but I also like to look 'classy' I believe one or 2 things look much better than lots - you only want 1 wow feature on you, so if you go hair down and a flash necklace omit the earrings, if you go hair up, add some awesome earrings and no necklace, but maybe a statement bracelet or ring 😀
