    Yep it does me. Like I said it's the progesterone it makes your body produce in the 2ww. That's why it helps with luteal phase defect - the progesterone is what lengthens out the 2nd half.

    I feel very pg in the 2ww every month. It's frustrating but I've learned to ignore all my symptoms.

    It helps with LH levels in the first half which is what makes the egg release. Then in the 2nd half of the cycle it gets your brain to produce progesterone.
