Default Supplements your taking whilst TTC

Just curious what supplements you're taking whilst TTC, what dosages and during what part of your cycle?

    I'm taking:
    Fabfol Plus x 1 daily
    Vitex 3 x 660mg daily
    Flaxseed 6x 1000mg daily
Evening Primrose Oil 3x 1000mg daily
Chinese Herbs Motherhood FT1 6x daily

I have only been taking Elevit since August 2012 and DH commenced Menevit November 2012.

The only others were some herbal tablets given to me by my Acupuncturist but I have been having a break this cycle from acupuncture.

My FS hasn't told me to take anything else at the moment.

Just taking some Elevit and extra folate. My skin and nails vitamins have nothing to do with TTC lol.
