    I have a veggo friend who eats a lot of the substitute stuff like that quorn or whatever it's called it's in the frozen food section They have stuff like pies, mince etc but its all fake meat.. She loves it me swears by it.

    One of my faves of hers is the classic lasagne. Oh and the kofta korma but that's a bit spicy for most kids.

    Wow thanks everybody for all of the great ideas. I'm definitely going to try some of these. They sounds really yummy. I think tonight ill do veg lasagna. I went to the supermarket yesterday and am all good to go

    I have a DELICIOUS vege shepards pie recipe (instead of beef you use brown lentils-or any color). I can copy it when I'm home from work if you're keen. So yummy and hearty and I often freeze some for future meals since its so big.

    Firm tofu marinated in a homemade combo of soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, garlic & ginger

    I also love this Chinese ginger broth recipe that has greens (spinach & bok choy), noodles and hard boiled eggs, yum yum!

    Donna hay actually has some really good vegetarian dishes too - her lentil falafels are delish and super easy to make, she has does a chickpea, feta and carrot fritters which are just amazing

    DS is almost 3 and has been eating all this stuff for at least half his life

    There are meant to be peas in it but DH doesn't like peas in those sort of things so we serve greens on the side.
